Delete your data

If you use DMFa.st

• Stop everything now: open Integrations in the app and disconnect your Instagram account. Its automations stop and its token, contacts, activity and scheduled posts (with their files) are deleted immediately.
• Delete your whole account: in the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. Your account, automations, contacts, activity, scheduled posts and uploaded files are deleted immediately. If you can't sign in, email privacy@dmfa.st from the address you used and we'll do it within 30 days.

If you removed DMFa.st from Instagram

When you remove the app in Instagram (Settings, then Apps and websites), Instagram tells us and we delete the data we hold for that Instagram account. Instagram gives you a confirmation code; enter it on this page to check the status.

If a DMFa.st customer messaged you

Reply STOP to the conversation and that automation will never message you again. To have your data deleted, email privacy@dmfa.st with your Instagram username.
