Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms apply when you use DMFa.st. By signing in you agree to them. If you use DMFa.st for a business or a client, you agree on their behalf too.
What DMFa.st does
DMFa.st connects to your Instagram Business or Creator account through Meta's official API and sends the replies and direct messages you configure when people engage with your content. Features depend on what each platform's API allows and may change when the platforms change their rules.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- Follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Platform Terms. Don't use DMFa.st for spam, deception, harassment, or anything illegal.
- Make sure the messages and links you send are accurate and that you have the right to send them.
- Respect people who ask to stop. DMFa.st honours STOP replies automatically; don't work around it.
Platform limits
Instagram decides what can be sent and when, including rate limits, messaging windows and temporary blocks. We pace sends to stay within those limits, but we can't guarantee Instagram will deliver every message or that it won't restrict an account.
Plans and limits
Each plan includes a monthly number of auto-DMs (each comment, Story reply or DM an automation answers) and other limits shown on the pricing section. We don't charge overage fees. When you reach a limit, new matches are logged but not answered until the next month or until you upgrade.
Your content and data
You own your automations, messages and data. You give us permission to process them only to run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how.
Ending the service
You can disconnect accounts or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the platform or other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why when we can.
Disclaimers
DMFa.st is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or platform actions taken against an account.
